Yes – You are able to transfer your entry into another Front Runner Event, you will not be subject to a fee and you will not receive a refund. All transfers can be done via your Njuko participant dashboard and any difference in entry cost will need to be paid by you. The deadline for an event-to-event transfer is: 31st January 2026. Please note, you will not receive a refund from us for your original booking and if the transfer to an Event is of a higher value, you will incur a fee to the value of the difference in costs.
In the event you are found to have transferred your race entry to another person, without following the event procedure, your number will be disqualified from the race and jeopardise entry at future races.

Yes – Your entry into the Event is transferable, meaning that another person can compete in the Event under your competitor number in your place should you wish to Transfer. The deadline to transfer is the 31st January 2026. You are responsible for the transfer, which can be completed via the Njuko participant dashboard and there is a minimum charge of at least £12 (plus admin fees) to be paid by the transferee. Please note, you will not receive a refund from us for your original booking and if the transfer to an Event is of a higher value, you will incur a fee to the value of the difference in costs.
In the event You are found to have transferred your race entry to another person, without following the Event procedure your race number will be disqualified from the Event.
Yes – you can defer your entry if you are injured, have a medical condition or are pregnant or postpartum, which is preventing you from taking part. Your entry can be deferred once and into the subsequent year’s event and must be completed by 4th March 2026. You will need to do this via your Njuko participant dashboard and will be asked to provide proof of injury/medical/maternity note. A deferral fee of £30 (+ bf) will be applicable once your application to defer has been approved. Once approved a registration form MUST be completed to confirm your entry into the subsequent year’s event.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. This is due to the costs associated with the preparation and planning of the event. However, if you purchased the Refund Protect ‘Ticket Protection’ at point of entry you can find more information about making your claim here. Ticket Protection is a stand-alone Agreement between You and Refund Protect. Front Runner Events cannot assist with any claims or enquiries in respect of this.
Our hydration partner, Brecon Carreg will provide water at stations along the route:
- At kilometre 5 of the 10K.
- At miles 3, 6, 9.5 and 12 of the half marathon
- At miles 3, 6, 10, 14, 18.5, 22.5 and 25 of the marathon
Race packs will be posted out to you approximately 2 weeks prior to Race Day. Your race pack contains your race number with integrated timing chip, along with safety pins.
No – there will be no entry or registration on the day for half marathon or marathon.
Yes, there is a cut off time of 4 hours for the Half and 6 hours for the Full.
Yes, there will be toilets located throughout the course and in the race village. They will be stocked and replenished throughout the event but it’s always advisable to bring pocket tissues just in case you’re caught short.
There will be women-only toilets stocked with sanitary items and urinals.
St John Cymru Wales will be in attendance across the entirety of the route and for the duration of the event.
Yes, you will need to contact them directly for a fundraising pack.
Running in fancy dress is welcomed, however if your outfit is likely to impede other runners please contact info@frontrunnerevents.co.uk
In line with Welsh Athletics rules, headphones are no longer permitted, unless they are bone conducting.
The race start & finish is located in Pembrey Country Park (SA16 0EJ), there will be Marshalls to direct you once you enter the park.
The Full Marathon will start at 9.00am*, the Half Marathon will start at 9.20am* and the 10K will start at 9.35. Please note, all runners must be parked at Pembrey Country Park by 8.30am, regardless of event distance.

Yes, you can. You will need to login to your Njuko participant dashboard to make this change, the latest date you can do this is the 31st January 2026. This will allow for the correct race packs to be sent with the correct timing chip and bib.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available within Pembrey Country Park. You’ll find event parking signposted on arrival to the park as well as Marshalls who will be there to direct you. Please ensure you arrive as early as possible to allow yourself enough time to enter the park (as there will be heavy congestion), find a park space and be ready to race from 8.30am. The race village will be open from 7am and will have refreshments available to purchase.
